Important Information
It is the owners responsibility to ensure that the animal being transported has the nescessary paperwork for travelling. All passports, chips and vaccinations should be upto date and in order. When booking you will need to email a copy of these documents to us to check.
It is the owners responsibility to inform Paws on the Move if an animal being transported has any special requirements, whether is be dietary or medication.
It is the owners responsibility to inform Paws on the Move if the animal being transported is of a nervous disposition or aggressive. If you feel that your animal is either we ask you to board the animal personally on the transport. A calming medication can be perscribed by your vet in extreme cases.
We do ask that animals be ready at the stated pickup time so that we can maintain our schedule. We will call you to advise of any delays.
We will endeavor to deliver at the time agreed but due to travel conditions, wheather, traffic or train delays these times may vary. We will call you to advise of any changes to our schedule.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse carrigage of any animal due to health or temperament reasons.
Payment must be made before the transport except by agreement.
Cancellations will incur an administration charge of 50% upto two weeks before the transport date. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the transport date the cancellation charge will be 100%.
You will be given a date and estimated time for collection of your animal and a date for delivery, time for delivery will be notified on route. All times are subject to change depending on traffic, weather conditions etc.
It is the owners responsibility to ensure that the animal has all of the nescessary paperwork for travel and has passed a ´fit for travel´visit to their vets. Any charges incurred due to the incorrect paperwork will be the owners responsibility.
If in the event that your pet needs veterinary treatment while being transported every effort will be made to contact you to advise you. All treatment costs will be the owners responsibility.
